Terms of Service

1. Service Provision

By engaging NexusFlow Systems, you authorize our platform to interface with your designated CI/CD pipelines and version control repositories. Services are provided on a subscription or retained consultation basis as defined in your Master Services Agreement (MSA).

2. Uptime and Rollback Liability

While our automated auditing and rollback orchestration are designed to minimize deployment failure, NexusFlow Systems is not liable for data loss or downtime resulting from inherent flaws in the client's underlying code or third-party infrastructure outages. Our SLAs guarantee telemetry availability, not absolute deployment success.

3. Termination

Either party may terminate the integration protocol with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, NexusFlow Systems will purge all client telemetry data within 90 days, excluding basic billing records.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, operating out of our Austin headquarters.
